medium-format

i really want to start scanning medium-format films myself - having the lab do it is just too frustrating.
does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it and with what equipment?

i personaly use another epson one, even cheaper than the other, but certainly less sophisticated, and fast... probably enough for your use though (already enough for myself)

save up about $2000, and buy a good scanner.

i think i'm going to buy an epson v500. it's only around $300 and from what you can tell of people's photos on flickr, it seems to be really good.

thanks for the tip - 600 € might be just a tad bit too much for me though - i think i might go for the v500. thanks for the epson idea!
