Word on the Palestinian street in recent years was that Fatah's rule
was characterized by four elements, each starting with the Arabic
letter "fa": fauda (unrest and disorder); fasad (corruption); fitna
(inciting strife); and falatan (being licentious). Of course, the
same Palestinians were quick to point out that Fatah also starts with
"fa."

and in fact the letter "p" doesnt exist in arabic, and palestine is pronounced "Falastīn" anyway. so, another Fa.
